This policy explains what happens to information you submit through samgreal.com. It applies to this website only.

What we collect

The contact form asks for your name, email address, an optional phone number, the property you are interested in and your message. You choose what to put in it. We do not ask for financial details, identity documents or any other sensitive information through this site, and you should not send them here.

What we do with it

We use the details you submit for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with third-party marketers, and we do not add you to a mailing list on the strength of an enquiry.

Storage

This website does not currently store enquiries in a database. A submission is validated, acknowledged on screen and then discarded by the web application. If that changes, this policy will be updated before the change takes effect.

Spam protection

The contact form uses an image verification challenge to block automated submissions. The challenge is generated and checked on our own server. It does not set a tracking cookie, does not profile you and does not send anything to a third-party verification service.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics. Web fonts are served by Google Fonts, and the office map on the contact page is embedded from Google Maps; loading those resources discloses your IP address to Google under their own privacy terms.

Server logs

Our hosting platform keeps standard web server logs — IP address, timestamp, requested URL, browser user agent — for security and diagnostics. These are retained for a limited period and are not combined with enquiry form submissions.

Your rights

Because we do not retain enquiry submissions, there is generally nothing on file to access, correct or erase. If you believe we hold information about you and want to ask about it, email us and we will answer.
